Software or service to manage private offers?

Can anyone recommend an affiliate management software/service/site than one could use when creating a new affiliate program for a company who has never had affiliates before?
Im sure this has been covered here on WF before but I couldnt find it anywhere-

I'd check-out PostAffiliatePro from Quality Unit software group. It's only $99 for a single license and has a ton of nice tracking features. They have a live demo you can play around with.

I've worked with a lot of in house programs that use jam Start, Promote and Manage Your Own Successful Affiliate Marketing Program
It might be a bit more expensive than the one above, but it's worth a look

Haven't come across that one before. Looks pretty good as well.
