It seems like there are a couple of places to enter URLs, but when I made my first post, there was no signature. Can someone explain how this works in a way that my small brain can comprehend?

Whoops. Looks like it's working now. Anyone got tips for what a good signature (one that gets people to click on it) shows? Should I be using an affiliate link instead or does it not really matter?
Do not promote scams or useless eBooks.
Do not spam any of the boards.
People should trust you first. With 4 posts or so, it will be difficult, unless you have something earth-shattering in your signature.
Build your reputation first.
If you have a good reputation here, people will start checking out what you have to offer. Check the signatures of other people here. See how they have done it. Then do it yourself.
