why would anyone do this when azoogle has these card offers for $8 or more and I have one doing really well paying me over $20! lol

Keep in mind, this is a DEBIT card, not a credit card. CC payouts are usually conditional upon acceptance, DC is just an application. If I'm wrong about this, then it's my bad.
And yes, the offer I made may have been a bit low, but it was just to get people to talk to me. I can go higher.
