Starting a shoes E-shop

I don't have any experience with e-shop and dealing with manufacturers/suppliers/dropshippers. I'm thinking in starting a shoes e-shop, i have some cool ideas to be different than the competition and i have a few good guaranteed traffic sources. Any guidance/blog/site that will help me starting over?
 


Getting it by starting from making the site and improve it by SEO..ofcourse about your niche and it is shoes that you will sell in the E-shop...may this help you..thanks
 
Can any of you help me too? I want to start a motor vehicle workshop specialising in M.O.T.s but I just don't know where to begin. So far my to do list looks like this:

1. Learn motor mechanics
2. Rent some garage space
3. SEO the fuck out of the universe
4 $$$

What I'd like to know is - which is better for me Blackhat SEO or Whitehat SEO - which company are the best to go for? I don't want to go down the blackhat route only to discover them going under in a years time and leaving me with nothing but a set of spanners and monkey-wrenches.

have two sites, black hat one, white hat the other, recycle the black hat one as needed
