Alex, you're the noob.

You PM'd me on a seperate board asking these same questions I already answered for you. What exactly are you looking for? For someone to just give you their campaign? Why don't you spend some money, do some testing YOURSELF and come to your own conclusion.

Yeah $1,000 is enough. Just be sure to set it to spend as fast as possible. Set an unlimited daily budget, set your CPC rate high and you should be just fine.
 
My advise to you - start a page first, create campaigns and deliver coupons, see if it's working, and then analyze the people that pressed "like". By doing this you would be able to know in which groups to focus on when doing PPC on Facebook.
 
I think you should start off on a CPM with your max daily spend. If you are really good you will get it right on your first shot and avoid all the split testing. I would even buy all your programs if you did it this way. Let me know when you are unbanned...and I am sure all your "noob" customers would really love doing business with you....tool
