Starting out, just applied to a4d.com

Been lurking here for about a week reading through stickies and threads and decided its time for me to get started.

I applied for a4d but do not have a web site up and running yet, so i wrote in the comment box that i will be using PPC.

Is there a big chance of getting accepted even tho i dont have a website to apply with?
