Suggestions for Monetisation Please

Hey guys,
I have a great domain name that I have thought of developing into a free web based email site along the lines of iemails.com. The thing is, from the iEmails site, it's not immediately clear how you would monetise such a thing.

Is it worth doing? If so, how would I earn money from it?

banner ads. If you get a bunch of people to sign up, a good CPM campaign would probably do well. People check their email a lot after all.

CPM advertising. attach affiliate ads to the bottoms of everyones emails. not to mention you have everyones email address that signs up. there are tons of things that could be done.
