I received a review copy for this service about a week ago and I only got the time to analyse it correctly.
Communication: No problem here. I received the report, and there was no issue.
Speed: I recall getting it in a few days which is a great turnaround time.
Quality: I gave him a website which was kinda struggling in the SERPs, especially after Penguin, and he managed to bring a keyword from NA to around 38 in Google, and it is still dancing which means it can even get better.
