SWISS WEB DESIGNER WANTED

I have a swiss domain registration and hosting company that is hosting one of my clients websites and I need it transferred to my servers. If someone can help me with this: call the hosting company, verify info, help me translate so we can get username and password, and assist with the domain nameserver transfer, and file/folder switch.
