The best way to apply to an affiliate network?

Hi all

I have a CJ account but I am looking to get into Azoogle, max bounty and xy7, what is the best way I should go about applying to them? I have around 20 websites that mainly rely on PPC and CPM ADs, according to your experience with those networks, what is teh best way to get accepted? should I create a network website and apply with that website?(already have the design and the domain) or should I apply with one website only?

Azoogle: Best way is through an affiliate of Azoogle or we also have an Azoogle account manager here on the forum I think. Shoot this member a PM!

XY7: The same as above!

Max Bounty: I don't know about, maybe you ask someone who is an affiliate & try it through her/him. For sure, someone on WF is using them!

Michael's suggestion to contact the azoogle manager (we have a few here) is probably your best bet to get the application approved quickly.
 
Seems so, I've already contacted both an Azoogle and an xy7 AM's here on wickedfire.
