OK, here's my review. I didn't get a free review. I placed a bulk (paid) order with Darrin. The communication was great, as well as the new sleek interface.
Web Properties Quality
For the price, the quality of the properties are outstanding. The properties look good. I like how they use some of your anchors in the property URL (makes it more relevant, IMO). I like the images added. The fact that you can do up to 6 anchors is also nice. I also like how different types of properties are used. There is no interlinking, which some like and some don't. Personally, I'd like to see at least some form of interlinking.
Turnaround Time
For the most part, the reports were delivered rather quickly, although not necessarily on the date promised. I understand I made a bulk order, but I think having a listed Due Date might be throwing people off. Maybe make that due date more conservative if you don't think you can hit it. Basically, I would have no problem if you said the project would be done in 10 days instead of 7. Just don't say 7 and deliver in 12. That's probably my biggest gripe with this service, but I would use it again as the quality outweighs the delivery time, and waiting about a week and a half really isn't a big deal for me.
Blog Commenting
I was kinda disappointed with the blog comments. For this price, I understand you probably aren't going to get manual, high quality comments. But it seems like every comment was on a pretty spammed page, and it also seems like every other recent comment on the page goes to another one of Darrin's wheels. This means it's easy for someone to go to one of these pages and find links to your wheel, and thus to your site. I understand this can be said with any link building you do, but I was able to check out 4-5 different niches/websites/landing pages, just clicking around. I guess you still need to do your own link building (DFB or another type of blast) to these properties to really see the best results. This is just kind of a "starter" deal to get them indexed.
Conclusion
I will comment again in a week or two with some results. I would use this service again in the future, mainly due to the ease of making orders and Darrin's communication. Hopefully these services can be customized in the future. I'd like to see say 5,000 Xrumer links distributed among the properties instead of the comments, for example, and maybe a pinging service as well.

Thanks man, appreciate the feedback. I'm working out some solutions to the concerns you mentioned with the comments and will have something finalized by this weekend.
Also, for now, I think I'm going to start delivering a formatted DFB code block that's setup for all of your properties/urls that will just be an additional file for the project. That way, you can copy and paste that code straight into DFB and schedule some blasts, since I would imagine the majority of my clients have and use DFB already.
Let me know if that sounds like something that would be useful for now until I get a better profile blasting solution in place as well.
Haven't received the blog comments yet but the rest looks high quality. For this price... just do it. I really like the overview you have over your own project. Will for sure order more in the future. Hope they keep up this service!
