Anyway, here is a package that I use for all my clients/my sites, and it rocks*:

You give:
URLs (if you give me several I will spin them, but they all need to be from the same domain)
Keywords (do provide several for spinning)

You receive:

1. Your URls will be bookmarked (10 bookmark sites), pinged and their RSS (only if they have RSS of course) will be submitted to RSS aggregators (10 aggregator sites)**

2. 15 web 2.0 social websites pages with spinned*** articles will be created linking to your URLs.

3. All the above sites will be bookmarked, pinged and their RSS submitted to RSS aggregators (10 aggregator sites).

4. 100 profiles will be created linking to your site and to the previous profile page (creating a chain).

5. ~30 of the above profile pages will be bookmarked (so some will get links from bookmark sites+other profile page and others only from other profile page).

6. You get all the info (all login info, email info , urls etc.) in excel.

Bottom line what will you get?

Your site is bookmarked, pinged and RSSed (the perfect formula for fast indexing & initial ranking boost). Your site got links from 115 different sources which are SEOed to be indexed + have initial link power.

* This linking method does rock! It works like a charm for me and my clients. It will give you a top 1st page for low competetive keywords, it will boost your ranking for competetive keywords. I saw top 1st page ranking for competetive keywords (yeah, yeah the scale of "competetive" varies) by using ONLY the above strategy (using it of course several times for the same URLs).

** These accounts (bookmark, RSS) will be created separately for your site and for the web 2.0/profile accounts. That way links to your site and to the web2.0 sites will come from different accounts.

*** Ok, this part is very very important. I create spinned articles which are SE friendly BUT NOT human friendly, which means, google will love and adore it, humans will not... Every article is 50% unique and is made of:
1st paragraph is randomly copied from ezinearticles (I take it from the specific niche you want to promote), the other paragraphs are spinned related to your niche articles, done with my own "secret" script.

This method got 2 advantages:
1. For the SE these are unique articles
2. For humans, the first paragraph is readable so if they give up in the first paragraph they will never know the rest is not readable - I found this method is good to keep my stuff not deleted.
- Those of you who want all the above process with human readable content, can give me the spinned article and I will run it through the same process.

**** The main reason it takes that long is that at first I create the profile pages without links, and let them "brew", after 3-4 days I submit the links, that is a very effective method to have your profile last for long...

BONUS:

Well, if you counted you saw the list I provided is MUCH longer than what I have promised in the "what you recieve" list...

Like I wrote, I see great results.. But, you don't need to believe me, I wrote exactly what I'm doing, I wrote how many links I'll create, from where and in what fashion. In my experience this is a very effective way to get powerful results...

I got some questions about the same thing so I want to clarify it here (please let not make it an SEO theory thread, just want to clear this issue):

Q: I have a brand new blog/site is it risky to do your offer on it?
A: I never saw any but goos influence to my /seo strategy on new sites. Although it is possible to harm a new site with too many-too fast incoming links, or spammed links this is not the case. The amount+variation+quality of the links I provide will not cause any kind of "red flag" in the SE*.

But, if you want to go on the safest side as possible, you can ask me do direct the profile links (the 100+ links) to the web 2.0 social sites, so you "only" get ~15 incoming links, but these links are much stronger cause they are being fed by 100+ links. Up to you.

* All of the above is from my experience, of course I can't guarantee ANY SE behavior, I can only rely on my and others experience.

Review Time:
This was done in under 24 hours.
The report was a multi-tabbed Excel File. Easy to read, with all the different types of links specified: blogs, RSS, Profiles, Social bookmarks (both to pages and profiles).
The profiles are also chained (wheeled).
As the OP stated, the articles may look a little funny to the reader, but let's hope that Google and the other SE's pick it up.
He answered all my questions promptly and courteously.
I will follow up on the backlinks as time goes on.
