The use of Forum Posting Softwares

Hi,
I have a question regarding forum posting softwares. If I am automatically posting my products in billions of forums I was wondering if, if the company whos product I am selling recieves complains that there was a not-so related thread with their product in their forum, will I not get banned by the company? What products are safe to post in forums with theses softwares? And if I would promote not a product but a site, will the site not get banned by google?

I dont think if the products of CJ or tradedoublewr or any of the networks are used.... they would like there products to be spammed in forum. Or am I wrong.

Could you please share what you think?

Basically you are asking if SPAMMING FORUMS WITH CRAP is OK.

Well, as a forum owner spam is more annoying than email spam... but I've fixed it all up so it cant happen with automation... and yes your merchant will ban you if they see you spamming.

However to avoid this, link to a page in your site and use a meta refresh to forward to your affiliate link so there is no referrer code attached for the merchant to spy/investigate.

Regarding getting banned by Google, I'm sure they will penalize the site you are spamming to a degree - if they catch on.

I consider prolific spamming of forums, borderline legal. Anyone care to share of the legalities of spamming forums with viagra etc?

and @ bit, are you implying that spamming a forum with an offer for viagra is worse than for shoe polish? or am i misunderstanding something?

Yeah adult networks and other seedy networks wont ban you... but then there are the legalities of forum spamming... something which I wouldn't touch for that reason
