OK, how are you supposed to know whether they're improving if you don't measure them?
Find out where your traffic is coming from, especially the ones that are converting.
And Bill gave you some bloody good advice there! I have a CTR of 250% on one of my campaigns, which makes absolutely no sense whatsoever (actually it's just the way it's reported, but still a 100% ctr means nothing).
