Things you wish you'd known before hiring a call center

If you need wolves for cheap, then come to Bangkok and hire expats. There is a thriving expat outbound call center industry in Thailand. (pm if you want to talk about it)

If you need sheep for inbound, then Phillipinos are the best! There are whole city blocks in Manila filled with nothing bu call centers. .... helllloo siiir....

I try to avoid india for anything except the charas.
 


We have our call center in the US. It handles CS and Outbound calls. In my opinion if you target an English speaking audience, you MUST have a a call center in a country where English is the native language.
