Ticketing system problems

Anyone know of a ticketing system that accepts payments in the process? Similar to these sites: JustAnswer.com and Pearl.com

I've tried numerous solutions, but the only one that comes close is Oracle's solution which costs about $100k.

I've seen this in action and it's pretty good. Not sure if it's adaptable to a justanswer type format but I think it could be done:

This is the one we've been using and they've even gone as far as to modify it for our own needs, but it doesn't allow payments in the process.
