Too many Keyword Tools! Which One to get?

Hi Guys,

I am have been looking to get a keyword tool to help in my affiliate marketing campaigns specifically in PPC. I have check out all these tools listed below:

spyfu
ispionage
keywordspy
semrush

All of them have different price point and I can't decide which one to use. I am leaning towards ispionage though as they have the campaign builder tool which seems useful. But before I sign up I would like to see if anyone has used iSpionage and has comments on it.
