Track Seach and Referal Traffic CPA Conversions

Hi everyone!

Is it possible to track conversons from search and referal traffic like it is with with ppc? How can I do it?

Like, append some number for example (refering to a specific keyword) to the subid?

And also to referal traffic, like append some number for example (refering to a specific referal) to the subid?

I was going to say yes, absolutely but Google Instant really threw a wrench in that one. At least I think it would, haven't done anything like this in a while.
