I don't run a blog or anything so I've never used my ref links for any network, but I decided to throw one in my sig a couple days ago. I'm wondering if there's any way to track who's signed up and how much money they've made (either total revenue they've earned, or commissions they've earned for you) - on an individual basis, like "person A earned this much, person B earned this much."

If it's a DirectTrack network just login to your account, click on Tools and then Show Referrals.
A lot of DT networks shave referrals by default unless you knowingly follow up with a name of the person referred so if you're referring someone through a link set on your site and do not know how many people or who applied, there is a chance you may never get the referral. Affiliate.com (CPAEmpire) is notorious for this.
All you have to do is tell your AM that you sent a referral, if he isn't showing up in your list then we can add them manually...
