Did/is anyone have(ing) problems with c2m tracking today?

Im not pushing a lot of traffic, but its showing 0 conversions and I know there should be >= a certain amount.

Just trying to corner down if the problem is on my end or theirs.
 


You're going to have to be a lot more specific than that.

What offer is it?

How many clicks do you have?

Have you been running the offer for long and KNOW that there should be leads, or is it just that you got 1 lead off 10 clicks yesterday and think the same should be happening today?


For the record the only campaign I'm running isn't showing leads, but I don't have enough data for it to be relevant, I'm happy to chalk it up to my campaign not being tweaked.
 
I don't want to say the offer on here. (i know it would be offer specific if the advertiser is having issues)

I have ran it and it is the first offer on a multiple offer page, the other is on a different network and is showing leads.
 
I'm just going to assume you don't have enough data for it to be relevant, since you completely ignored my other questions and that everything is working fine at C2M.

To make things clear. This is a step 1 step 2 page. step 2 is another network and has leads, which makes me believe the step 1 should also have leads.
 
the very first thing to do then is to put an offer from the step 2 network into the step 1 link, and see if you get any sales that way. Perhaps nobody likes the name of your step 1 offer, or they don't like that particular offer LP once they click-through. You could also put the step 2 offer which you know converts as step 1 instead, and then test a new offer in the step 2 slot. There are a number of various factors that could be contributing to the lack of step 1 sales.

The offer on step 1 was going good though.

Shoot me a brief email bud. I'm guessing I know what vertical it's in since it's a step 1/step 2 and there have been no issues that I know of so let me know. I've had a bout of health issues this past week with some high blood pressure so been cutting it down to about 16hrs a day.
