Trademarking Website

Howdy,

I’ve built a large site and brand and want to trademark the domain name/brand.

I’m probably being overly cautious, but when you put so much time & energy in something you want to minimise any potential threats especially if it’s easy to do so.

Just wondering if anyone has done it before, specifically for a blog/website.

And has any suggestions, like where to go, tips, and how to do it?

is the domain name the brand name itself? If not, I would TM the name more so than the website URL.

I've worked for a couple of large brands before and I've noticed that they have their brand name as their url. I also suggest that you try to promote your brand name more because people are most likely to search for a brand name rather than a url. Increase your online presence by posting on different social media platforms, as well as offline marketing.
