Traffic Middleman?

I've read about a strategy for setting up an informational site, driving traffic to it by paying for PPC on cheaper search engines, and place google adsense links that charge more per click then what it cost you to pay for the original ad that drove the browser to the page. The ebook i read this in is dated 2006. Is this still a legitament money making strategy?

this is called arbitrage and was recently considered a non-ethical way of making money by Google and Yahoo. So if you do it watch out. There's a lot of gray areas around this, so do some research on nPPC arbitrage and see what's been written in the last 2 months about it. You'll find quite a bit of info.
