Trying To Apply To Ad Networks

Within this last week I've decided I'm ready to begin applying to ad networks.

I "applied" to Commission Junction, and was immediately accepted (open I guess?) and a few days later was accepted for almost all the offers I applied to.

I applied to Ads4Dough yesterday. I called twice a few hours apart to try and speed up the application, but no one picked up the phone. The same happened when I called again today. ?

I just applied to Neverblue, and I plan to call them tomorrow morning.

Questions

1. What's with Ads4Dough? Some known problem, or just bad luck?
2. How does the conversation on the phone go? Any answers to questions that I should know?
3. Any other networks for noobs I should apply at? I figure 3 is plenty if A4D and Neverblue accept me though.

1. No problem with A4D. Try them again.
2. Depends on the network. Generally, they'll ask you about your marketing methods (e.g. SEO vs PPC vs PPV etc) and what types of offers you're looking to promote. You can also tell them that you're just getting started.
3. I'll let others weigh in. With CJ, A4D, and NB, you literally have thousands of offers to choose from.

Also, if you haven't seen it, check out the nickycakes guide.

i recommend ewa and profitkings media for one reason: cash flow.

starting out the shittiest thing that can happen is that you finally find that winner and can't turn the volume up cause you have to wait a fucking net15 cycle to make sure your leads back out or some other bullshit bigger networks throw at you.

altho if you get in a4d go crazy. their AMs will do a fine job making sure your business is moving forward.

Called A4D for something like the seventh time now, still not reaching anyone :hollering:

I contacted Ads4Dough via AIM who then referred me to an affiliate manager who helped work things out. All is good now!
