Twitter DoFollow

I`ve noticed that twitter for mobile has dofollow links. Is this new or is it old and i didn't notice it since yesterday ?

Twitter mobile used to be dofollow but they have fixed it and it is no noindex, nofollow.

well, if you check m.twitter.com you will notice that all the links posted are dofollow but as bprimeelite said, if it's noindex it doesn't care if it's do or nofollow. And i've notice the robots.txt ( User-agent: * Disallow: /)

i have noticed that and asked from several guys.Its 100% no follow.
