Ubot programmer needed for small project

Have you looked into normal website scraper products meant for scraping websites? It may be cheaper than having someone develop a ubot

That could easily be done with C#... Of course, you can hire me for doing that.. Nothing special.

If you are going to hire somebody else to do the code for you there is no benefit to using ubot. ubot is worse than any other programming language for scraping besides how easy it is to learn.

Since you are paying somebody else to do it the whole 'easy to learn' part doesn't matter (since you aren't doing it). So paying somebody to do it in ubot is strictly worse than paying somebody else to do it in c# or ruby or whatever.
