UK Networks: Affiliate Window and Affiliate Future

Anybody have any experience with either Affiliate Window or Affiliate Future? I found some vendors using these networks that fit my niche, but was getting some 404s on their web pages looking around or there were some bad (although spammy looking) reviews.

Also, Does anybody have experience with signing up for UK networks in the USA? Do I need any special tax IDs?

Affiliate Window is legit... they are part of the Zanox group.... Buy.at transitioned there reporting over to Affiliate Window.
