Undo Theme Update on Wordpress?!

I accidentally upgraded the Theme I was using and as a result lost all of the customisation we had done on the site. Now I just see the updated theme with none of the graphics etc.

Have I lost everything?! How can I undo the theme update on WP please?
 


If you overwrote the theme, all the customizations to the existing files will be overwritten. Any additional files that you uploaded (your graphics, etc.) will still be there as long as they are not named the same as the files used by the new theme : ex. header.jpg. You should probably restore from backup and move your modifications into a child theme to prevent this occuring again.
