I also have 5 html documents named PrivacyPolicy.html
one for each of my domains

I need this html doc to show live .. ex
domain.com/PRIVACYPOLICY.HTML

I also need you to setup DNS and Nameserver

You should read about naming conventions of file names and the use of hyphens in URLs. But, I suppose if you did that, you'd also realize that there are TONS of tutorials online for this exact same job you're recruiting for.
