Upload Google Analytics but not showing in source code?

I have uploaded Google Analytics a hundred times, but for some reason I have an issue with it now.

I pasted the code before the /body tag in the footer.php page & it says (after 3 hours) the code is not in there?

I also posted it in the index.html page, uploaded the new file, and no where to be seen in the source code.

Any insight?

If you're using Wordpress, the analytics code won't show up if you're logged in as an admin.

Look at the date and time code in FTP. I imagine you didnt upload it or you uploaded to the wrong directory.

Uploads will be immediate. Maybe hit refresh or F5?

I dont thinks its WP as he says index.html. index.php?
