Utilize multiple facebook coupons

I have seen a lot of people selling facebook coupons. I tried a few and got them working too, so I was very happy. Until, facebook started blocking my credit cards and now it does not allow me to add my credit card to new facebook accounts.

Is there a way to utilize these facebook coupons? What are the best practices?
 


for some reason when i try to link my paypal account it goes through the login and agree and pay button to link the account, but then it refreshes to a white page and nothing.

don't know what to do?
 
i created a brand new paypal account.... then i added it to a week old facebook profile and started my first ad. But once I added the coupon code it said

"This account is ineligible to redeem this coupon code."
