Variable CPM traffic available

Not sure if this is the right area, so any help would be appreciated.

I have acess to a closed network of premium websites with the ability to quote CPM / CPC and CPL offers for IAB branding. The sites are grouped into two sections - one catering to male adventure / camping enthusiasts and the other to young female gaming / astrology enthusiasts.

The male group has 27 Million Impressions available per month, while the female group has 600 Million Impressions per month.

Is this the right area to find someone who wants to work on a joint deal ? As long as I can find someone who can pay higher than my current eCPM and also someone whose ad backs out to a positive ROI for them its a match.

Not sure what a review copy is? More than happy to present one, just remember that I am not in tune with what everyone is doing in here.

Heading up this project and am out on the forums trying to find some deep pockets who want to test this. We do ZERO marketing on this, so yep, its just me for now.
