2. Video length would be between 1min. and 1min.30sec. The reason for your video being that long is that research in the past 5 years, has revealed that people online rarely watch more than 1 to 2 min. videos.
3. I would prepare the script for your video based on three keywords or a short description that you would provide me with.
4. Once I draft the video, I would send it for your approval, prior to uploading it on Youtube.
5. Once we agree on all changes and amendments, Phase II of your SERPs video domination begins.
Phase II.
Phase II begins with either creating a youtube.com channel for you, or if you have one, straight with uploading your video there.

Youtube is the second largest search engine right now, not Yahoo!, I would write LSI based, keyword rich, but not stuffed article, of at least 500 words.
