Video Site Design Needed

Here's what I'm looking for:
I like the site hotbed.com
The bottom five videos i would like to have a scroller so my visitors can view all my videos.
The top video or featured video is fine the way it is.
When the play button is clicked i would like for the site to dim and the video pop-up in a player.
Also i would like a search button at the top.
A contact page with some nice twitter facebook youtube myspace logos on it with of course a submission box that will send to my email. Maybe a newsletter signup thing.
A logo for my film company would also be nice.
