Video thumbnails spotted in Google SERPs

Just came across this on the first page SERP for "cd cases" (no quotes).

It links to COOLEST, CHEAPEST AND PRACTICAL CD CASES YOU'LL EVER OWN Video (as you can see from the screenshot)

And no, I'm not the producer of that video on Metacafe, or associated with Metacafe. Just thought everyone might find this as interesting as I did.

dude they've been doing this for a few weeks now

but the jerks dont allow anyone except for youtube, metacafe, dailymotion and a few other big ones
so if you have a smaller video site, tough luck.
