I'm selling a webhosting website, with a premium domain, which could fit a hosting company too.
The website runs on a customized WP theme that I developed from scratch for this specific website, with custom functions to redirect to the hosts, add subids etc
The design is very clean and 100% custom, the management of the website is done completely through wordpress, using its custom fields to enter hosting company details, affiliate links (not bound to any network, you can use CJ, SAS, anything)
The layout integrates a live support chat (mibew.org, check the demo) in case you want to offer a "host choice consulting service" to your visitors.
All the details entered for each host are displayed neatly with a different layout: basically if you post an entry in the Web Hosting Companies category, it will be displayed differently from a normal post, with all the fields properly organized.
The website displays host website thumbnails, you just need a shrinktheweb.com account (which is free). Or you can switch to any other thumbnail service replacing just 2 lines of php
Adding new hosts takes just few minutes and, as said, can be done via the standard New Post panel.
The home page displays the top 10 hosts. Positions can be set via WP custom fields for each host.
The Website comes with 23 quality articles about web hosting features, technologies etc: I have written all of them, no copying, no rewriting.
There are already ~20 hosts added, you just need to replace affiliate links with your own ones
Domain Name: PM me if you're interested. I've been offered $250 in 2008 for this domain alone, not including the website that didn't exist at that time. It's catchy, has "webhosting" in it, no dashes, no numbers, think about the popular webhostinggeeks.com, it's something along those lines.

If you're a webhosting affiliate you know how competitive this niche is, and honestly I can't compete. This is the only site I have in this niche so I prefer selling it rather than keeping it in a corner collecting dust.
194 visits, 429 pageviews since January 1st 2011...assume no traffic, or better, 0.93 visits/day
