Can anyone give me some names of some good programmers who does C++ and ASP.NET

Do you mean C# and ASP.NET?

For ASP.NET you have two main languages, C# and VB.Net. Though C# is similar to C++, they are two different languages. If you just need somebody to do ASP.Net applications, I wouldn't narrow it down to just C#, ask for either C# or VB.Net because both are basically the same (slight differences, but both do the same thing and neither is better than the other).

It's no difference in performance because it's compiled on the same Framework, but the languages itself got lots of differences in Syntax and Usability.

I personally have no preference and use both. I've been using C# more lately because that's what my current full-time job requires me to use.
