Can anyone recommend some webmaster-oriented affiliate programs? I have ad space I control on approximately 2,000 parking pages, and have been experimenting for a year or so with different ads to display. The only things that have gotten any traction were Wix and TeraPeak; the former gets lots of clicks but shit conversions and the latter, shit clicks but a good conversion rate. Just digging around trying to find some other stuff along the lines of the "webmaster services" market to put on there and see how they do.

A 'sale' on a 'webmaster services' website is not such a finite thing as say a signup or a sale on some other type site. Usually webmaster services types sites will wind up talking to a prospective client over a period of time and putting together a custom package for them, which would be extremely hard if not impossible to automatically track anyhow as far as an affiliate program would be concerned. Instead of paying per sale it would seem that PPC would be a more realistic way to go about this, however that just doesn't seem like an ideal solution either.

When someone refers a sale to my company I just throw a couple bucks their way as a thank you. A few people have referred more than one person to me that way.

Shareasale has always had some good webmaster stuff.

Like right now they show expand2web.com show good traction:

"Expand2Web provides tools, training and services for small business owners and small business consultants. We specialize in WordPress Websites, Local Search Optimization (SEO) and Social Media for small businesses."

Some people here look down on Shareasale but they always have had interesting stuff that really moves if you market it to the right niche. I was moving green screen software at an unbelievable EPC until it dried up (alright I lost interest because I couldn't figure out to scale it up)
