Webmasters Emails list?

I've previously posted here a request for an advice for how to address webmasters that might be interested in free gaming feeds.

The conclusion was to eventually message each one and describe my services. The question remains - where would I locate webmasters' emails.

Manually harvesting administrator emails seems not to be very effective. I would truly appreciate any suggestion or guidance.

Get a list of websites, scrape whois database. It's that simple.

Google around for whois scrapers or make one yourself.
