I'm looking for the best way to create an offline clone of different websites. Whatever software you suggest should be relatively easy to use, and allow you to browse the site offline as if you were online.

But I'm guessing what you're really asking for is impossible. Are these your sites? Can you give an example?

If you are on linux, you could do something like this:
wget -m -k -K -E Create an Online Store with YourSite.Com

you could install the wget command on windows as well and do the same
