Weird p202 error

Duplicate entry '5389' for key 'PRIMARY'

INSERT INTO 202_ips SET ip_address='xx.xxx.xxx.xx', location_id='0'

WTF?! I get this when I try to login in on the domain it's installed on. Anyone seen this before or know what the problem is?

All links are still running and redirecting fine

A problem with Prosper202 setup?
You'd reset the database and setup properly in PHPMYADMIN
