Hi, I've been doing BANS and PHPBay sites now for about a year and have started to run into the sites below a lot over the last few months.
They all look the same and are dynamic based on the keyword passed in the url. I've seen them on about 20 different domains. Here are some examples.
Lego Belville Is On Sale Now!

Shimano Rods Is On Sale!
These are 3 different domains, hosted on 3 different servers, 3 different Google Analytics accounts... So, I'm guessing these are 3 different people. Could be the same person, but I doubt someone would go through that much trouble for EPN based campaings...
Does anyone know what software package is creating these sites?
