Whats the best way to go about doing Dating or Win Ipad touch on Mobile Networks?

I was wondering because i recently tried some PPC on jumptap.com and i was not very effective. Should i use a lander and collect emails? I'm thinking maybe it takes longer with mobile traffic to get conversions and you have to keep selling to a list...I also noticed that the CTR is a lot higher on mobile campaigns and you can lose alot of $ real quick. Is there smarter way to go about testing ads?

Grabbing their email should be your first plan of action especially when advertising to mobile customers.

If you had a little 3 inch screen in your hand... would you read a massive page about a scammy looking deal? Or would you rather just pop your email address in to see if you were an "instant winner" and then move on?
