Which CPA networks have good offers to promote with PPC?

I'm looking for some networks with CPA offers that could work with PPC traffic. Most of them ask for website on signup. I won't use a website for this project, I want to send the traffic straight to the offers. Could you recommend any networks where this would be possible? I have $1000 to invest.

I just used that site to sign up yesterday for CPA Empire. Worked like a charm. They actually put me on daily wire transfers..

If you refer to my question, do you even know how to read? What's wrong with it? Most CPA networks ask you for a site, I don't have time to create a new one right now, hence my question.

Does anybody have something useful to say or you just share nonsense? Maybe some of the network owners around here could give a more toughtful answer.

Also, I forgot to mention I could promote spanish/latino offers with great success so if you know any networks that work well for that kind of traffic just let me know.

Pick up the fucking phone and tell them you do not have a site and that you are going to promote their offers through PPC, via landing pages or direct linking.
