I am sure that most of you (especially the ones who are working direct with advertisers) had an occasional advertiser/network who tried to pull a fast one and refuse to pay. What do you usually do in those situations ?

Do you use a collections company, your friendly neighborhood lawyer, something else?

Last time I had to deal with this was about 2 years ago, and back then I just used a collections company . However, they weren't too effective and charged a hefty 25% fee, so I would be interested in other options.

Tony always comes through for me...

Threaten to suicide bomb their building if they don't pay. Or hire an Al Qaeda to do it.

I know Pauly does commercials for Dennys and all but he always gets the job done.

Capeash?

Hire Michael Douglas to go talk to them, then make sure he gets stuck in a traffic jam on the way :D

Seriously though, get in touch with them, threaten to get it put down negatively on their credit rating.
Small businesses live on credit, and lowering their rating is as good as kneecapping them
