It always takes at least a full minute to load up the stats, does anyone else have this problem? I have a 15 mbps connection and every other site works fine, so I know it's not that. Just wondering if their site is just slow or if I'm having some problems on my end.

noticing the same thing. My links appeared to stop working for a few minutes too, but looks like it is working now.

This is why DT is a piece of garbage. It's peak traffic time and it was just down for at least 5-10 minutes.

It's not just you, I've experienced this too, although I'm not running anything there now. I also wouldn't blame DirectTrack entirely..

I have this problem with a couple big DT networks and it's very frustrating for a constant stat-reloader like myself.

Its definitely something with large amounts of data, seems like the slow loading only occurs in those networks who have a lot of traffic. We were running slow a few months ago so we archived 06 and back which fixed the problem, seems like current volume is forcing us to find a better solution.

I did notice that you guys finally sped up quite a bit compared to a few months ago... much better! I couldn't even grab links because it was so slow.

Any idea on when it'll run a little smoother? I keep hearing good things about you all but haven't run much volume yet since it takes so long just to load up the site.

I knoooooooooow, Copeac's admin drives me crazy because it's so slow. It's maddening. I have to click something and then go do other stuff in other networks and then come back to it. By the time one page loads in Copeac I can have checked my stats and run reports at eads and ads4dough and be totally done.

It's seriously annoying enough to make people want to go elsewhere and that's not fair to the network, pleeeeease look into it.

we are looking in to way of speeding it up again.

so I'm trying to save a csv file of my subids and i decided i'd see if I could come over here, make a post and post it before the window to save my subids pops up.

aaaand the answer it yes.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Not to sound like an ass, but "looking at a way to speed it up" when every other network in the world is already faster, seems kinda silly.

I mean I love Copeac. But the slow interface has definitely caused me to take my business elsewhere in the past. All things being equal, I might go somewhere else. And although its not gigantic, that potentially a 6 figure monthly business that you might lose from one customer per month.

There really is no excuse for the slowness, imo. You guys have the programmers to make your interface much more attractive, you should have plenty to make it as fast as your competition.

It costs you more business than I think you might realize. If I was you, it would be priority number #1 or close to it.

Yeah, it is a huge problem - sometimes it hangs for minutes. Not enough time in the day to waste 20 minutes waiting for stats to load. To me it is critical.

Speeding it up the system was second to securing the infrastructure so that another networks issues don't take us down such as what happened two weeks ago. We found a solution to that and are working on implementation and will no longer be affected by other DT networks, we are now focused on the speed issues. We have some things we will do tomorrow that will speed it up in the short term. but finding a long term solution that doesn't delay stats is going to be difficult.

Do real time stats matter? If it was delayed 20-30 mins would that be an issue?
