Why my post isn't approved.

I posted a review of service on RBseatown's thread in Buy/Sell section, however I got message, that my post needs to be moderated by mods. It has been more than 24 hours now and I promised to review his work. I'm curious how long does it take to moderate a post? Will it appear at all, and what are the reason my post needs to be moderated at all? I didn't post any links or anything.

It's because you're whoring yourself out.

In all seriousness, though, give it a day or two. Yesterday was Sunday. You probably had some keywords that triggered it, and it is the SBT section, after all.
 
As you can see I'm able to create threads despite me not having 10 posts, so that's not the case. Hopefully Rexibit is right and that post will appear some time soon.
