Looking into a payment processor, and I've been hearing that I should get an EU corporation as this will help with accepting more cards and less chargebacks. Have you guys done this? Is it worth the time and $$?

You should get an EU corp so that you are subject to VISA Europe rules instead of VISA International. The chargeback threshold for fines is higher....but it wont effect if you get chargebacks... Is your business mostly US facing? Have you had issues with fines?
