They'll first slap you and if it's the first time and you are lucky you just burned the domain. Worst case they'll ban you instantly since iframing the whole landing page is something they really don't like.

also be careful that the advertiser is setting their p3p cookies, because the offer may not track in IE otherwise.

basically IE will ignore cookies when framing cross domain, unless a special P3P header is set by the web server.
