Lets make this as plain and simple as possible. This is a service selling lists of profitable exact match domains.
These are carefully screened, no bs terms that are head, shoulders and balls above any other niche domain service you can find anywhere. No brands, no tms, no other peoples product names, no ridiculously long tails or even bloated fatty terms. Just to prove the quality of the lists, I’m going to be keeping the thread bumped by dumping lists of stuff that didn’t make the cut.

An incredible amount of effort was put into creating a back-end that could sift through a much larger variety of factors besides just keyword tool data. Using a bit of backward data analysis we were able to come up with a reasonably accurate series of methods for projecting click through. If anything it errors on the low side. It basically works, by taking in factors such the number of advertisers for the term and then adding boosters based on the categories demographic and buzzwords used in the term.
Boosters are applied for demographics such as consumer products or blue collar type terms. Booster buzzwords are things like buy, rental, for sale.
Penalties are for things such as - How to, facts or jokes.
Examples
Widgetsforsale.net would get a click through modifier of 13 (the highest on the scale) for being loaded with advertisers and including buyer buzzwords
HerpDerpHistoryFacts.com would get a modifier of 2 - Penalty for facts and +0 advertiser bonus.
As a result in order to be considered equal value on the scale, www.herpderphistoryfacts.com would need to have a bit over 4 times as www.widgetsforsale.net in order to have the same score. (assuming equal cpcs for example purposes)
The rest of the score is basically the search volume(with a heavy bias for US searches) and the cpcs with some modifiers thrown in to quash the tendency of keyword tool cpcs to be inflated and account for the fact that even number 1 results with good meta descriptions have problems getting more then 60% click through.
TLDR
Ok so basically, what happens is we grab huge list of emds. Throw out 95% of them for being to long, using numbers or being other peoples brands. What’s left is then analyzed for profitability on what’s a roughly 100 point scale. Technically anything scoring over 10 should be profitable. Nothing below 20 is sold.
