would this be considered scraping or plagiarism?

I have a "how-to" article on my site, and I got the article from watching a dvd that was created by one of the companies in my niche. There was a narrator speaking, and I took notes and wrote down everything. They mention their own products in their as well and I kept a few in that article.

Since this is a "how-to" article, everybody's articles are similiar. In this dvd what would happen is that they would narrate and they pause and have the important notes on the screen, and that's what I wrote down.

I would be an affiliate for this company, but they don't have an affiliate program. I want to have more articles on this site from this company, they have some on their website, but I would have to word them differently correct? Or it would be considered scraping? What if I give credit to the company?

I would be an affiliate for this company, but they don't have an affiliate program. It's kind of hard to word it differently since they're all facts. Example if there is an article on "how to tie a winsor knot", or "how to make your bed". I'll see what I can change.

i mean it's like, i wouldn't of dine and dashed from dennys if they just offered a double cheeseburger instead of singles. it may be a fact they don't offer it, it's just no excuse for stealing it. i'm not saying don't steal, but the excuses sounded lame man.

I've already started revising it, I started doing more research and now it's turning out better than how it was originally.
